Abs 'N Buns

This class focuses specifically on the lower body and core muscle groups. Be prepared to use various types of resistance equipment, including weights, bands, balls and body weight to increase the intensity and fun of working the lower body muscle groups as well as the abdominals and lower back.


CrossCamp

Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to “make it rain” sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, bands, jump ropes, kettlebells, bender balls, barbells, and so much more. Each class brings its own unique challenges. No two classes are the same!


Cycling

The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with our inspiring instructors who will lead the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high!


Fit KiDS

FiT KiDS-Keep your kids active and feeling great. Help your kids develop healthy habits and have fun working out with experienced instructors who love kids and have a passion for fitness. It's never too soon to teach your children to love being active, to exercise, and to remain healthy.


High Fitness

HIGH Fitness is a hardcore fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with music you love, and intense easy-to-follow fitness choreography. It combines FUN (pop songs of old and new that everyone knows and loves) with INTENSITY (interval, plyometrics, and cardio) with CONSISTENCY (each song has specific simple moves taught the same by all instructors). Together they make a recipe for success, repeat participation, and results! HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks. There’s no better way to describe it than “Body Sculpting Fun” Get Addicted to being fit!


Hiit iT

HiiT iT is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. If you want to take your fitness and fat loss to the next level then HiiT iT is what you are looking for.


Insanity™

INSANITY™ is a cardio class, based on max interval training. This class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. No equipment or weights needed. You don't have to be in extreme shape– levels of each exercise are provided. Time to dig deep!


Kettlebell AMPD

Join us for a great workout! Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into a class of calorie-torching excitement. This whole-body workout focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. The music is diverse, and the moves are simple and easy to learn. Get lost in the music and push yourself with this effective, fulfilling, and lively workout!


Kickboxing

This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and marital arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Come try one of the most popular fitness trends and kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a fitter you!


LeBARRE

Taking the hottest trend in dance-inspired conditioning, ballet barre training, and the LeBert Equalizer to create a format suitable for every level of exerciser, LeBARRE is a workout like no other! This format combines Balance, Agility, Resistance, working Recovery and Eloquence into a challenging full body workout. No dance experience or pink tights required!


Pilates

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.


Pound

A class that will leave you feeling like a rockstar! You will combine easy to follow cardio moves, all over body strength training - all while you are drumming in time with the music using weighted drumsticks! If you'd like to try something different, unique and fun, yet still get a fantastic workout from head to toe, then this class is for you! All fitness levels welcome.


Pump

A barbell class that strengthens your entire body and challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!


Step

Advanced Step expands on the basic Step class by incorporating more difficult choreography at a faster tempo with more advanced moves for a great aerobic workout! Time flies when you’re having fun! Some step experience is recommended.

Basic Step offers a fun and effective workout for all fitness levels. It provides a cardiovascular workout to improve heart and lung health and burns calories for weight loss. This class will teach you the basic step moves and terminology to prepare you for the advanced step class.


Yoga

Yoga provides the means for people of any age not only to get and stay in shape, but also to develop balance, coordination and a sense of centeredness. It renews, invigorates and heals the body - stretching and toning the muscles, joints and spine and directing blood and oxygen to the internal organs.


Zumba®

Ditch the workout and join the party! Zumba is a fun, Latin dance inspired workout. It incorporates moves and music from dances such as Cha Cha, Salsa, Reggaeton, Rumba and more. Zumba is high energy, easy to learn and will have you burning calories without even realizing you’re working out. Let our amazing Zumba team inspire you to move those hips!
