I’m writing to let everyone know what a major impact the Nutrifit program has had on me.  It’s amazing how much new information there is about nutrition.  I am amazed at my trainer’s (Janel) wealth of knowledge and how well it is integrated in to the diet and the exercise.  
 
In all my years, this has been the most fruitful diet experience I’ve had through all of the many diets I have tried.  I really feel hopeful that I can reach my goals through this program and more importantly, continue have a better nutritional and active lifestyle.

I would like to recommend Rachel Dailey who is a caring and involved Nutritionist and Physical Fitness Coach through Lady Fitness. It was two months ago that the decision to work on me (both physically and mentally) became a priority. I saw the opportunity to be part of a personal interaction group called NutriFit taught by a personal trainer and nutrition specialist. Now, like most, I know what I need to do to reach my goals but I was not getting there and this is where Ms. Dailey came into the picture and rescued my decision to get better. Ms. Dailey has taken the time to get to know each individual. She creates custom plans that fit our individual needs and she shares recipes and workout options. For me, I need someone that motivates me and recognizes my accomplishments, someone that can answer my questions on food and proper exercise moves, and someone I can be accountable to – like having a reason to show up to the meetings/workouts. I was so pleased with myself this week because I decreased my body fat by 5% and it is contributed to being motivated by someone that I have come to respect. I believe in what is being presented. We all take on the responsibility of who we are but so many of us get lost along the way – so now that I’m feeling better, I am back in control!
