My high school strength and conditioning coach often told me “I haven’t worked a day in my life since I started coaching!” That is exactly how I feel about personal training. I am passionate about seeing that spark of understanding, strength and confidence build in those I train. I can’t imagine a better way to spend my time than helping others feel empowered through fitness and nutrition.
First of all, thank you so much for being here with me. I want to take a moment to celebrate with you and honor you for where you are at right now, this space, in this together, wanting to uplevel and shift into something greater. To expanding your life, your results, your knowledge, your power. I am so excited to be on this journey with you.
I haven’t always been super fit and healthy…well, let me rephrase that…I was active and never had to worry about my body image, health, how to eat healthy until after I had kids. My children are the most amazing blessings in my life, AND I was in for a real shock when my body completely changed…stretch marks, weight gain, weight loss, weight gain again, diet after diet, all that fun stuff. Then I got serious and got a gym membership at Lady Fitness 12 years ago. It’s where I started, where I felt comfortable and still is.
Since then, I have been a group fitness instructor, teaching classes from body pump, spin, INSANITY, then moved on to become a certified personal trainer, certified in holistic nutrition, fitness nutrition specialist, emotional food healer, group training certification, gym owner, as well as worked with hundreds of people online as a mind body coach to heal people from the inside out-mind, body, and soul.
My specialty is taking people from where they are right now to their next level, one step at a time, no matter where they are, to achieve their fullest potential. I know what it takes to transform YOU into the best YOU you can be! It takes more than just a meal plan or workout plan, it takes motivation, discipline, behavioral changes and mindset. It also helps to have someone by your side cheering you on and assisting you in staying on track with your goals. It’s my most favorite thing to see clients get results and see their confidence build as their journey unfolds. I love to see those I help achieve even greater results than they ever thought possible. I help clients break through emotional barriers that have been holding them from achieving the body they want and deserve. I believe that once you break through your barriers and start creating the body you love, your whole world starts changing, you have confidence, energy, and you become your best version of YOU. I am a Personal Trainer with emphasis in core, stability, balance and flexibility. I also do group training and classes some of which include Pilates, Yoga, Step, Kickboxing, Cycling, Weight Training, Barre, and Kettlebells. I am certified with NASM, AFAA, and AFFA.
I Started Dancing at age 3. Trained in Modern dance and Ballet til college. Outdoor enthusiast. Love to be out on my road bike. I am an avid Utah Football fan. Graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in safety and ergonomics. I have 4 children. You can often find me cheering at soccer games and back stage at dance performances.
After my 2nd child was born, I found myself lazy and deconditioned. I had a body fat of 35%. Yikes! I worked myself back into my dancer form and 18% body fat. Life has a way of derailing us on occasion. Everyone is capable of making change for the better. Step by step each of us can improve.

Life is busy! It is hard to fit fitness into our crazy lives. My name is Melissa Nosler. I am a wife, mother of 7, NASM certified personal trainer as well as a group fitness instructor. I believe that if you take the time to exercise, all aspects of your life will go better. You will feel better, look better, eat better, sleep better, move better.............the list goes on and on! I know from personal experience that when I take the time to workout, I am a better wife, mother, friend, trainer, etc. My goal is to help you get the best workout I can while I am with you. I can customize your workouts to your needs. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 16 years. I currently teach or have taught step, kickboxing, biking, body pump, abs and buns and bootcamp. I love training individual clients as well as GPT (Group Personal Training) classes at Lady Fitness. I love to keep workouts fun. We have a great time using kettlebells, battling ropes, TRX straps, BOSU balls, stability balls, medicine balls, equalizers, kickboxing bags, resistance bands and weights. When I'm not at the gym, I love to spend time with my family, bike, run, travel, read, shop and cook. Come have some fun (and work hard) with me and my awesome friends at Lady Fitness!

I have a passion for physical fitness and love to help others learn and understand how crucial exercise is throughout our lives. Staying active improves not only our physical bodies but our mental health as well. I believe exercise to be preventative care and love to make exercising FUN! Training with me will include: Careful instruction on using and maintaining proper form when exercising. Giving instruction to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. Ideas and advice on eating clean and maintaining proper nutrition. I firmly believe the key to aging well …. Is ACTIVELY aging!

What your motivator?
My motivator has always been wanting to be strong and healthy enough to do and enjoy all the crazy adventures that my family likes to do.
We love the outdoors, you will find us hiking, biking, hunting, snowmobiling and paddle boarding as much as possible. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 25 years and still love it to this day. Whether itâ€™s personal training or teaching fitness classes such as cycling, weight lifting and kickboxing to name a few. There is nothing more rewarding than to help a client / friend find the hidden potential they have always had.
